When we talk about reclaimed wood, it could either mean that the wood was rescued from its undesirable state or was restored to a previous natural state. I know of a group here in the Philippines that use reclaimed wood to encourage teenagers to create art works that they display in their organization office. The wood that they use are drift woods that they were able to pick up during beach clean ups. This organization is basically doing a small thing for greater causes - in terms of design - furniture or in home design, designers or clients help each other in making sure that in using reclaimed wood, they are able to save cost, save the search for building materials and save Mother Earth. The method of using reclaimed wood is not only budget-friendly but eco-friendly too. Check out the pictures below with few of the best reclaimed wood projects.
One large fab antler chandelier in this fabulous Fountain Hills home. As you can see, this space is rather contemporary and really appealing! The furniture and decorations in here look really expensive and the antler chandelier may somehow not be the definite choice but the color of this antler chandelier is pretty neat! What do you think? I love the color of the dining room chairs in here - it totally blends with the color of the table and the color of the walls. If you noticed, the walls in here have varying texture and material that it actually made it look really beautiful and classy. As seen with their building material choices that this space is in fact, sophisticated. Most often than not, I have read that most antler chandeliers are hand-crafted and with CDN Antler Designs, you are assured of the best hand-crafted chandeliers yo will ever want. In this cool, beach-inspired dining space, you know that you have one of the best antler chandeliers there is.
This modern dining area use two types of chairs. Notice that the table has decorative legs. The wallpaper is a good backdrop to the area. A ladder is placed above the wooden dining set wherein bulbs were tied around it. Very creative, right? This is a sophisticated dining area that combined a wooden bench and dining chairs. I can tell that the lighting above the tables is a DIY because it is really something that one can make in the house. I also like the colored chairs around it. What a beautiful crystal chandelier! It adds charm to the spacious dining and living area. Notice that the dining space has a table and long bench made from wood retaining its natural texture. A geometric area rug under the dining set enhances its look. The chairs have tall backrest that seems to tower above the wooden table.
